Lazaro's Special Our famous marinated beef & chicken fajitas, carnitas, 1/2 rack of ribs, 4 fresh grilled shrimp & 1 grilled quail layered on a bed of onions (serves 3-4 people)
Carnitas One or Two. Our tradional slowly cooked pork, served in chunks & layered over a bed of grilled onions
Quail Two or Three. Marinated grilled quails laid over a bed of grilled onions
Baby Back Ribs Half Rack or Full Rack. Tender pork baby back ribs glazed with our delicious barbecue sauce, then layered over a bed of grilled onions
